This picture represents how I feel today. Happy! I had a very good day today. My father and I went to Rusta today, for picture frame shopping! I have an upcoming exhibition in April including my photo art, and needed some picture frames for this event. We even got them half prize! Also, we went for some delicious lunch, and after that I had my cosmetology meeting, doing my nails again (picture is coming, don’t worry). I even had some take away coffee, and on top with that, I accually had the luck to meet Chachi Gonzeales in my local k-market, which doesn’t happen every day, and I got to say hi to her.

This is my first time ever, doing my nails professionally. It has really never crossed my mind doing gel nails before. Yet I thought, this year I am gonna try them out. I found a good place in my hometown who does some great work, and I am pleased with the result.
My nails were too short for a French manicure at this very moment, so when I get them done next time, there will be the possibility for a French manicure.

Christmas 2025 is now in the past, and the new year has just begun. The last year was quite intense, and many important things took place during this particular year. I started pointe work, and this was a huge milestone for me. I turned 30 years old, and had a Harry Potter themed birthday with I shared with my friends. I also got the opportunity to go and see not one, but two different ballet pieces in Helsinki Opera, that was Edith Piaf and the Nutcracker. I also attended a pottery course, won a camera competition, made new relationships and I visited Helsinki. Furthermore, I was involved with the Night of arts here in my hometown, and contributed with my own barbie photography work. I was also involved with 2 different ballet performances.
In 2026 – I have a few things in mind that I want to accomplish. The most important thing having a new Barbie exhibition in April. I have a lot an aspirations though, which I am not gonna mention here and right now. However, I hope you all have a really good new year, and may this year bring you joy and happiness.

Iâm officially on VACATION! Three weeks of sleeping late, several cafĂ© latte moments at my local cafĂ©, resting of course, and filling my days with both happiness and opportunities.
This holiday started with that one of my good friends got married. It was my first time experiencing a wedding, and it was absolutely beautiful.
Here in Finland we have a really big heat wave at the moment. In fact up to 30 degrees celcius. In my personal opinion, thatâs way too hot. And I do hope itâs gonna be a little cooler as I really would like to play some tennis this summer. Itâs also too hot to do anything else for that matter. But well, the summer doesnât last forever, and soon the chilly autumn will arive. But letâs not think about that, letâs try to enjoy the varm weather at this very moment. Even though itâs not ideal.

Me and a dear friend of mine went to see the new ballet piece in Helsinki Opera, Ădith Piaf. We got to see the life of Edith from a little child upwards to a fullgrown old lady. A life full of success and pain was portraited in this act. There were four people playing Ădith, a child, a teenager, an adult, and an old lady. Everyone of these did a splendid job. The ballet piece was absolutely lovely and I really enjoyed this experience to the fullest. The opera in Helsinki is beautiful, and we even did a little shopping from the souvenir area. I am gonna show you what I bought at a later date.

We had spare time before the ballet in Helsinki, and went out for a cup of coffee

Iâve always loved to dance. I remember wanting to do ballet already as a five year old, but since I was an active child, doing lots of others competetive sports – my parents never put me in ballet class. When I was seventeen I made my own decision to try ballet, and I did. The class in particular was called floor barrĂ©, witch can be explained as ballet on the floor. It reminded me of pilates a little bit, but with the feeling of ballet.
I then got to try real ballet, and from there I loved it. I danced several years, and accually got the permission before covid to start pointe work, but due to lockdown the class was dismissed. Fast forward to now, I had my first pointe class in march! I got my shoes from the new dance store in Porvoo, personally fitted by a proffessional. For people who doesnât know ballet, you accually have to be fitted for your pointe-shoes. You cannot just order a pair of shoes thatâs a size 38 or else, even if thatâs your normal shoe size. You have to look in for how hard or soft your shoe is, how you get over the âboxâ, and for example how narrow your shoe is. There is a lot of different brands of pointe shoes, and I got a beautiful pair of capezio Ava shoes. You also need to sew the ribbons and elastics by yourself, and it took me forever, since I didnât know what I was doing.
Pointe shoes overall are really pretty. But itâs accually a lot harder to dance on these than it seems. I hold onto the barrĂ© for my life the first time i stood in these, and it will take a LOT of work before I can do anything in the center.
